the clinic assistants need to improve their skills on the procedure preparation. One nurse in the past did a great job with the numbing/lubricating fluid and I told the team that she was great. Other than she, the techs/nurses have not been able to do the preparation. I recommend that the Doctor should do the prepation procedure.
