Facility is always. Including well used rest rooms. Office staff efficient & friendly. Very punctual. I arrived 15-20 minutes early & was checked in quickly. Actually taken back to exam room ahead of schedule. Waited for Dr. Heron for short time. He is always friendly & professional. Has the best reputation as a urologist. As do his other partners. I have been treated with kindness & respect from all involved. Feel as if I get the best possible care & treatment available. Am fortunate to be a patient at this practice.

Dr Heron is a caring doctor. He listens to your concerns and what's happening with your body. He does not immediately say "let's do surgery." He will talk about all the options there are. He doesn't give up when helping his patients.

Dr. Heron was 1 of the original investigators for Urolift and has been doing this procedure since it became available in the state of Florida. He received most of his tutelage under Dr George Cooner, who did much to revolutionize the diagnosis of prostate cancer for which he was given a special recommendation by the American board of Urology.
