Miranda was personable, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.
My session began 15 minutes late. No explanation while waiting. I was about to leave the session, when she came on.

Only comment is she called 30 minutes after the scheduled time and only after I called the office to inquire why I was not called. Otherwise her explanation was succinct and understandable. She did not mention why she was 30 minutes late in calling me.
