Dr. Hubsher is a good urologist, but his scheduling and communication staff not so much. Took me almost 2 weeks to get the appointment for my surgery then I had an issue where they didn’t even get a referral for the completion of the surgery process. I’ve left three messages in the past three days asking someone to call me back about a health issue and have not received one call back even though I’m considered high priority callback. If it wasn’t that I felt the doctor was upstanding I would’ve gone to another office. When your patient calls to get a call back, you expect a call back when especially when they’re having a health issue concerning the surgery that the doctor performed. I’ve had to go to my regular PCP to get help that isn’t their responsibility. It was the urologist office responsibility.
