Seemed to know nothing about my medical history. Suggested a procedure that I couldn't have because I have an implant. The procedure was scheduled before I knew about the implant restriction.
Why did he schedule something without asking if I had an implant?

Dr. Matthew Truesdale is a Board Certified Urologist for Advanced Urology Institute in Palm Harbor and Largo, FL. During medical school, he completed the prestigious Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship in Urologic Oncology where he studied under his mentors in the Department of Urology at Columbia University completing research on robotic surgery for prostate and kidney cancer.
Dr. Truesdale then completed his 6-year urology residency training at The University of California in San Francisco, in the Department of Urology, which is consistently ranked in the top 5 Urology Departments in the United States by the US News and World Reports. During his residency training, he completed a 1-year surgical education research project and educational curriculum through the Department of Medical Education at The University of California in San Francisco.
In addition to general urology, Dr. Truesdale has a special interest in Urologic Oncology, Reconstruction and Urinary Stone Disease. He has received numerous research grants and published over 20 peer-reviewed manuscripts as well as multiple book chapters.
Dr. Truesdale joins the Advanced Urology Institute after working for two years in the Tampa Bay Area specializing in Minimally Invasive Robotic Surgery for prostate and kidney cancer as well as the treatment and prevention of urinary stones.
