I think Greg is a good guy and good at what he does, but due to only having 8-15 minutes per patient to listen and assist with care made it impossible to actually go over the health problems taking place for me as a patient and this is the second time at Advanced Urology where I just feel very unheard. I don't fault Greg, but I definitely fault the system in place. I'm glad to finally get some potential assistance with my health problems (because I'm constantly in pain and feel pretty disregarded), thanks to Greg, but it should not have taken multiple visits and months when I've been having problems since around October. Please don't fault Greg. Please listen to your patients and understand that without your help and direction as healthcare professionals, some of us will continue to be in pain and/or have health problems compound only to get worse.
