I intentionally scheduled the 1st appt at 8:00 a.m. because I start work at 7:00 a.m. and wanted to minimize the amount of work I would miss. After arriving on time, I was informed by the nurse that the dr was still at the hospital making rounds and would not arrive at the office until 8:45–9:00 a.m.
If the office already knew the physician would be unavailable, patients should have been notified before arriving and given the opportunity to reschedule. My time is just as valuable as the provider's. Expecting patients to sit and wait nearly an hour for the first appointment of the day shows a complete lack of respect for their schedules, work obligations, and commitments.
Delays can happen, but failing to communicate them in advance is unacceptable. I chose the earliest appointment specifically to avoid missing work, yet I ended up losing far more time because the office scheduled appts they knew the dr could not keep.

I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was very thorough. He explained all my options. He wasn’t pushy at all. He helped set up an appointment with radiologist and another team. I came out of there thinking if I do, Surgery, he’s the one that’s going to do it.

He served his residency at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine Urology where he was named Administrative Chief Resident, Academic and Schedule Chief, and Wellness Officer for EPIC Physician Builder Credentials. At the same time he completed a one-year course in data science for health care providers at the USF Muma College of Business and Florida Blue.
Dr. Falasiri revitalized and reinstituted the USF Urology Interest Group during medical school. In that role he created pipelines to provide clinical and basic science research opportunities to USF medical students interested in urology, and provided guidance and mentorship.
Dr. Falasiri was a member of the Robert A. Good Honor Society and served as a Business Scholarly Concentration Student Leader for four years. In 2017 he received the Scholarly Concentrations Program Summer Scholarly Award. He also was a member of the College of Medicine Allocation Committee.
Dr. Falasiri has devoted years to research in computational genomics, urologic oncology, and interventional cardiology. His work has been published in numerous prestigious publications and he has presented his research at numerous urology conferences.
