I understand everyone is busy, but my first appointment did not go well. Solely due to a lack of communication/lack of understanding what I was saying. However, second appointment I came prepared with questions, and took the time to make sure we went through them. We agreed on a plan, and I felt much better. Excited for the next appointment!
