This was my first appointment at AUI and with Dr. Richman. The doctor and staff were friendly, professional and thorough. Dr Richman was very patient and listened to my questions and made sure that I understood what needed to be done and the various treatment options.

I was disappointed because the doctor appeared unsure about my test results and didn’t seem to know which MRI I had undergone. He met with me for only two minutes and simply advised me to return in a few months.
