My appointment was for 1:30 but the doctor didn’t come to the exam room until 2:15. Then, he had to find my records in the computer. First, he couldn’t find anything about my last visit. After searching through the records he found the records of my last visit in another online location. He explained, again, that the system is changing. Seems like this change has been going on for a long time. He never could find my PSA results from my July 15th visit which he told me on July 15 was 7.9. I felt like the doctor was unprepared for my visit and I’m concerned about my care at your facility.
