I cannot say enough good things about Kayla and the care I’ve received in physical therapy. I broke my foot while working my mail route in October, and as a mailman, the physical and mental toll of being injured is real. From the moment I started working with Kayla, that burden felt lighter. I have no affiliation with this practice other than being a patient. Kayla is one of the most kind, patient, courteous, and educational professionals I’ve ever worked with. She explains everything clearly, never rushed, and never talks over you or treats you like just another injury. She made me feel seen and respected. Her attention to detail is outstanding. She uses timers precisely, watches every movement, corrects form kindly, and demonstrates each exercise so I understand exactly what I’m doing and why. She’s fully engaged every session. She also understands the mental side of recovery, keeping things light with conversation that helps distract from pain and frustration. Highly recommended!
