My son visited Dr Jangaard and we really liked him and the whole CHC dental staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I especially liked manner in which Dr. Jangaard formed his questions, provided helpful information and suggestions and summarized the visit. The staff made check-in, check-out and scheduling the next appointment a breeze! Thank you Dr. Jangaard and CHC Dental! You are the best!

This review really has nothing to do with Dr. Jangaard, as I think he's a very nice dentist. My issue has to do with the 'wait.' I was told to be at the appointment 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. Fine. I did that. The proceeded to wait and wait and wait till I left 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled appt time. I was told later by phone call that they were running late. Well, that's not my problem. I'm not going to sit there indefinitely because they overbooked, or whatever. Too many doctors' offices pull this nonsense of making patients wait like the person has nothing else to do but sit and wait till they get called at some point. If the appointment time can't be honored, then at least have the courtesy to tell the patient that there's a little delay and the patient will be called soon. Otherwise, I'm walking if I haven't been called back 15 minutes past the appt time. I have things to do too and it's not fair to make me wait because they're running behind.
