Dr. Mohammad Amin Khoshnevisan, DMD is a fellowship trained pediatric cleft, craniofacial and maxillofacial surgeon. He is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and is actively involved in the residency training program as an educator.

Dr. Mohammad Amin Khoshnevisan, DMD is a fellowship trained pediatric cleft, craniofacial and maxillofacial surgeon. He is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and is actively involved in the residency training program as an educator. Dr. Khoshnevisan completed his residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, and completed his fellowship in Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children at Orlando Health where he trained and participated in taking care of patients with a wide variety of craniofacial differences.
Dr. Khoshnevisan is an active member in the Cleft and Craniofacial team program at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. He has a passion for serving not only the community he is in but also providing care in underserved communities around the world. He has traveled internationally to help provide cleft lip and palate surgeries to those without access to care. He is committed to being a compassionate provider both at home and abroad. Dr. Khoshnevisan’ s areas of surgical focus include cleft lip and palate repair, cranial vault reconstruction, treatment of facial/jaw growth disorders, treatment of craniofacial pathology and craniofacial trauma/reconstructive surgery, among others. Dr. Khoshnevisan also carries an anesthesia license in the state of New York and provides in office sedation for minor procedures.
