Very patient, understanding and gentle with my grandkids.
The dentist assistant seemed to be a schizophrenic drug addict and made me feel very uncomfortable, talking to herself talking high and low tones very sketchy. I did not like it.
She explains what she is going to do next and why. She also remembers the client and is really nice.
