She made me feel a lot better today. I was feeling that I was swapping on addiction for another and the way she explained it to me gave me a lot of relief. We had a terrible video connection but we managed and she was wonderful and felt like I was talking with a friend

She listened carefully to my concerns, provided helpful guidance, and offered encouragement throughout our conversation.She made me feel comfortable, respected, understood, and supported. I truly appreciate the time and attention she gave me. I would also like to recognize Melissa and Charlene at the front desk.
