She made me feel a lot better today. I was feeling that I was swapping on addiction for another and the way she explained it to me gave me a lot of relief. We had a terrible video connection but we managed and she was wonderful and felt like I was talking with a friend

She listened carefully to my concerns, provided helpful guidance, and offered encouragement throughout our conversation.She made me feel comfortable, respected, understood, and supported. I truly appreciate the time and attention she gave me. I would also like to recognize Melissa and Charlene at the front desk. They have been incredibly helpful with scheduling my appointments and answering my questions. They are always kind, caring, welcoming, and professional, and they make the entire process much easier.
