While she is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she uses an integrative approach of various models of therapy to tailor treatment to meet the needs of her clients. Julianna uses a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to engage her clients and believes that progress in therapy is rooted in a strong foundational therapeutic relationship. In her time away from work, Julianna enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, singing, watching sunsets at the lake, and going for walks.
