Courtney Clairmont is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at HealthFirst, working at both the Franklin and Laconia locations and providing school-based services. She holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of New Hampshire. Her training included internships supporting survivors of domestic violence, as well as working with individuals, families, and children in a community mental health setting. Courtney employs an integrative, client-centered, and strength-based approach, collaborating with clients in a safe, non-judgmental space to meet their unique needs and empower them toward their goals. Her practice focuses on supporting adults of all ages with self-care, identity, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. Beyond her clinical work, Courtney serves as the School-Based Program Coordinator. In this role, she collaborates with 6 local school districts to support HealthFirst clinicians providing therapy in the schools. When she is not in the office, Courtney enjoys spending time with friends and family on the lake, traveling, scrapbooking, and cooking.
