Dr. Carroll did an complete check-up of my physical condition before deciding the appropriate treatment and follow-up as my condition improve . Great Thanks
Three things really stood out with me: (1) I was too early for my Dr's appt but yet and still thr attendant checked with the Dr and very kindly told me he would still see me.....Reason , I had driven a little over an hr to get there and did not have to wait due to my oversight..... (2) In light of my telling the Dr know about my extreme fear of needles, his bedside manners were outstanding and once having me relaxed, he administered the shot will so much patience and ease....yes and though I still I cried he certainly lighten the blow...and (3) Dr explained the pray findings and his line of work; yet after patiently listening to my fears and concerns he did not pressure me to have the operation.. My experience with this office was very impressive, just as my likings of their colleague, Dr Nicole Bullock... Thank you Dr. Raymond Carroll...
Dr. Carroll is thorough in explaining the situation at hand. Making sure I understand in layman terms. I having had my surgery yet, so I'm waiting that and the recovery to give a five star result.
Been using dr Carroll for many years and am extremely pleased with his service
Decisive, friendly, and thorough. Exactly what I would want from an orthopedic surgeon.
Very professional and direct, answered my questions in a clear and positive manner in a way I could understand and was comfortable with. Great consult!
Doesn’t stick around for any questions or to explain your medical issues. I literally had to CALL OUT to him for some explanation, as he rushed out the door after giving me a VERY painful cortisone injection. What’s next? Do I have an issue in that area? Will I be able to move normally? What if this doesn’t work, do I need surgery? So many other moment during our brief visit also concerned me… Already had surgery regarding this is that didn’t get resolved. This is second time around. Feeling like I wasn’t taken seriously about what pained me in our original visit…. I’m uncomfortable giving this kind of review but the manipulation of my body is serious to me. I was told he was a good surgeon. Personally, I want to go somewhere else (but I’ve gone through so much already with him….). Maybe I should listen to my gut
Very thorough and answered all of our questions. very knowledgeable so I feel very confident about my upcoming surgery. Kirby was a great addition to Dr. Carroll.
Had a great visit with this doctor I would definitely recommend him!!
