Dr Scrudato was clear, calm, and thorough in her explanations. She made sure I understood what she had said and what the next-steps were. She made it easy to ask questions, and was patient and thorough in her responses. She came across as trustworthy, empathetic, honest, and down-to-earth. I feel lucky that I had her as my doctor for a difficult conversation.
