Dr Kramer explained everything about procedure. He put me completely at ease. He asked if I had any additional questions or concerns of which I had none because he was so thorough.

He was very patient during my complex procedure, explaining every step in detail while making me feel very comfortable due to his incredibly personable bedside manner!! His strong medical knowledge of my specific issue was the reason for the procedure's success!
