Everyone was personable, efficient and punctual.
Report was done quickly after the imaging.
The Dr. was thorough, the staff was kind, and understanding, I truly appreciate that! Having had cancer before, having just buried both my parents from cancers, I’ve got to say I truly would have appreciated my tests to all be evaluated within the same day or at least within 24 hours. My anxiety and fear level was through the roof for the week that I waited between my initial Mammo and the ensuing diagnosing Mammo and ultrasound. I hope this helps! Thank You!
The x-ray tech I had was had no people skills. She was very distant, maybe she was having a bad day, but she should mask it better. I was not comfortable with her at all.
