She's helped me a bunch so far. I think that I am a lot tougher of a client than I thought I would be. Too many years of too many things! But, we are working through it all at a pace that I can handle right now! She pushes me just the right amount to help me to grow and also to understand what is actually going on with me! My questions are immediately looked at!

Mel is such a sweet lady and very good at what she does. As well as providing therapy, this amazing gal runs some mental health groups and does a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful person for your mental health needs!
