She then finished her clinical social work training in behavioral health consulting. Jessica Lea, LCSW, grew up in southern Oregon in the Rogue Valley. She moved to Portland to attend college, earning her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Portland. She went on to obtain her Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University. She has many years of experience working in the Portland Metro area as a therapist, social worker, behavioral health consultant, case manager, and skills trainer.
Jessica offers therapy sessions for adults and teens age 14 and up. She frequently helps her patients challenge and reshape the thought patterns contributing to their anxiety or depression, cope with chronic pain or illness, and navigate conflict with their family, friends, or partner. She is trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, allowing her to choose the one that best meets the needs of each person.

As they move forward with implementing those strategies, Jessica is there every step of the way to offer empathy, direction, and support.
