I was having trouble with my hearing aids. After examining them she discovered a broken part. With access to new parts she was able to repair the hearing aid and it worked properly. In addition, Ms Godreau suggested that I consider an appointment with an audiologist to learn more about the improvements in newer technology. That made sense and I accepted an appointment. Overall, Ms Godreau was very helpful.

OMG! Vilmarie was amazing, as usual. She repeatedly apologized for my wait time, which was likely out of her control. She cleaned my hearing aids and instructed me how to clean them myself. My biggest shout out goes to Vilmarie for her acceptance. As soon as I remove my hearing aids to be assessed/cleaned, she spoke loudly, clearly enunciated, and positioned herself so her lips could be read. 😍 I am still not comfortable accepting my hearing loss, but kind staff like Vilmarie keep me coming back!!!!
