Spent time and answered all of my questions.
Could be a little friendly
Melanie did phenomenal job on my hearing aids.One was broken totally so she used the the other one and made it to fit into my left ear. Right eat is equipped with elactrode implant. My ability to hear improved dramatically. She is a great hearing aid specialist.

She was fantastic! My hearing aid got damaged and I assumed it would need to be sent away for repair. She fixed it in a matter of minutes in the office and was helpful answering some questions I had about my newer model. I’d give her 10 stars.
