Jackie took time to carefully explain things to my mother and reinforced the importance of wearing her hearing aids every day. She also managed to get a doctor to clean my mother’s ears and that has made a world of difference in my mother’s hearing. Jackie is a super star!!!

She was great really helpful and made up for the rudeness I received from the lady at the check in desk. She sits all the way over next to the door that says ENT.
