Dr. Castillo was cool, friendly and professional; as well as Dr. Bednarski, with whom I consulted before being referred to the Audiologist, They both listened attentively, and even contradicted my PCP’s initial diagnosis of the condition of my ear. They both allayed my concerns, and also developed a treatment plan that made me feel comfortable enough and relieved that I was in competent hands.
