Dr Castillo, when I requested, fully explained the workings of the ear. Then showed how and where my test results fit within the ear’ anatomy. The fitting and determination of ear device that best suited my needs and my budget were also very patient and informative. All in all, I was incredibly pleased with Dr Castillo.
