Sarah has been our audiologist for more than a year. She conducted initial hearing tests for my wife and me, and then fitted us with hearing aids. She has been very helpful in addressing both our care and questions and about our hearing aids. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My wife and I are glad to have Sarah to guide us in addressing our hearing needs. We have recommended her to friends. She is outstanding.

Sarah is amazing! She spent an entire hour explaining the differences in hearing aids, her recommendations to include her reasoning why. Turns out the recommendation was not the top of the line. Which also tells me that she’s honest and is not trying to upsell. I will be going back after the first of the year when new insurance kicks in.
