Excellent audiologist!! Very thorough in testing and making adjustments for my hearing aids. She is very interested in making sure everything is the way it should be. She is also very personable. I’m very pleased I found her!!!

Rachel is a lovely person and very nice. In my opinion, the conversation we had ( the coat me $100) could have been said after I had the hearing test. I believe it was unnecessary to charge $100 to waste my time and hers on another appointment. I believe the 2nd appointment was “sold” under false pretense. She is a kind person, but didn’t need to have the 2nd appointment.

She always listens and gives me options of what I can do with my hearing aids when I have an issue. When I want to add a new feature, she either shows me how to do or explain why she thinks it may not work for me.

She is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and received Bachelor’s degrees in Communication Disorders and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
