Very knowledgeable and supportive, overall an amazing experience. She didn’t push a certain brand or level of earring aid. She asked questions as I, helping us arrive at the perfect choice for me.
Nichole took care of my needs and made sure everything was taken care of before I left.
We arrived a half hour early due to traffic; she deliberately made us wait until her 3:00 came and saw her first making us wait another 15 minutes. This is best described as poor judgment. She deserves an F. One star isn’t sufficient.
She was so caring and patient with my many questions. Explained my problems and what product would most help mei I felt she had my best interest in mind.
