Monica is professional and cordial and puts my husband at ease in what can be a stressful process for him. She does a thorough job of trouble shooting and resolving any technical issues that arise with his aids.

Monica started her career in 1993 as a Clinical Audiologist at an ENT practice and as a Dispensing Audiologist at a Hearing Aid Dispensing Center in Wilmington, Delaware. She has extensive experience providing diagnostic testing and dispensing a wide range of hearing aids available today to children and adults.
