Was Very Professional and was Attentive to my Needs on the Right Ear Mold causing discomfort. She then asked politely to remove the mold and looked at the area I Pointed on my ear
She said it needed some adjustment of shaving on the mold. When she returned I tried the mold on my ear and the adjustment felt much better
