Lori is so kind, and really has been a tremendous resource as I have transitioned over to using hearing aids. She is patient and great at showing me how to care for my hearing aids and the tips and tricks to using them.
I bet she probably has to answer the same questions a lot each day, so I appreciate her taking the time to help me.

I have always been treated so graciously and warm in the past. This was my first visit with Lori and I found her rude and condescending. I don't question her abilities, but I felt like she scolded me as if I were a child.

Lori has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Southwest Missouri State University. She holds a Master of Science in Audiology from Southwest Missouri State University. Most recently she has been practicing at a private ear, nose, and throat practice in Florida. She is thrilled to return to the Kansas/Missouri area to serve the community where she was trained as an audiologist.
