Lauren was able to see me on very short notice and she did a wonderful job analyzing and fixing my hearing aids.
I waited over 75 minutes for my hearing test. I was in the office for over two hours.
Lauren is always cordial and courteous. And, I might add patient as a new hearing aid user fumbles with their new appliance.
