My husband came with me since I feel that purchasing hearing aids is a big decision. Kristen was very pleasant. She explained everything well and helped us make a decision for what we felt was right for me. One thing that concerned me that I didn’t realize until we were on our way home is that I didn’t receive any paperwork or brochure on the 5 different types we reviewed nor the one we chose. Once we got home I contacted my insurance and determined that I needed to drop down a level from what we had chosen in order to receive full benefit. I immediately called and left a message which is actually not an easy thing to do with the way the phone system works. Kristen called me back the next morning and made me feel as if she was quite put out with me, even using the phrase “as I already said” at one point in our conversation. My next appointment for my fitting is Monday and I have to say that after that phone call I am quite uneasy about meeting with her again.

Very informative in her field of expertise.
I was most appreciative of her listening skills, and I found her to be both kind, and considerate in making recommendations about my personal experience.

I have been a patient for 40+ years. Mark was always my audiologist until he retired. Kristin appeared knowledgeable, kind and helpful during my appointment earlier this week. I appreciated her assistance with my hearing aids.
