Kati is the best. The wonderful group at the front desk Diana, Georgie, and Karli are better than wonderful. The only negative was the ability for an 82-year-old to fill out one of the most complex forms on an iPad. Had it not been for the wonderful people own the front desk I would still be there, trying to figure it out. The crazy part thought I understood technology. Again I would never ever go to anyone, but Kati and I was so impressed with the folks after finished with the technology. The good part of that is, I became good friends with the folks at the front desk. Due to the fact we had to work through so many obstacles.
