This was my first hearing aid consultation. Jennifer listened to my questions and concerns and I believe she helped me make the right choice. It’s a very expensive buying decision without actually “trying anything on for size” so I had to rely on Jennifer’s education, experience and guidance. I’m looking forward to my hearing aid fitting in two weeks. I have a lot of confidence in Jennifer that the right choice was made.

I am not going to say I enjoy going to the doctor’s office for diagnostic testing, but Jennifer was a consummate professional that made it an easy process. One minor note: being able to listen to a patient’s responses to questions the medical professional asks is a key skill. Jen seems to want to do her job with enthusiasm, but might benefit by asking her questions then taking a breath as the patient answers. Enthusiasm counts for a lot, but so do listening skills. Also, receptionist Rachael B has the best voice for working with patients who are hearing impaired. Her voice is well modulated, her pronunciations clear. Her voice the perfect volume. Talking to her was a good experience.
