Hope has tried hard to remediate my hearing loss. She is kind, and understanding.

Hope did a very good job going over my options. She was even able to explain my insurance and how I can get financial help. She made this all a pleasant experience and I hope to be back to get my hearing aids as soon as I get the finances worked out.

Hope was great! Super informative, friendly, asked questions to learn more about My daughter and make sure her needs would be met. She was prompt in helping us get scheduled for next visits and was prepared for us when we walked in.
