Hope is an excellent audiologist. She took the time to assess the problem, then individualized my treatment plan. This included selecting the appropriate hearing aid, thoroughly educating me on all aspects of use and troubleshooting; then following up with several visits to assess how I was doing. She is very friendly and truly cares about you as a patient. Beyond technical expertise she discussed how I felt about my condition and its impact on my quality of life.
