Dr.Kokaska was welcoming and encouraging. She made me feel good about my hearing issues. She was very clear and helpful regarding the testing she did with me. Attentive and understanding. I feel very confident that her explanations were helpful and helpful. I certainly gained some insight on my own situation. I look forward to seeing her again the the near future.
