Tarun was very personable and at the same time professional. I know it must get tiresome asking the same questions and explaining the same tests all day long but even at my afternoon appointment Tarun was patient and kind!
Like the sign in his room attests, “A smile is the first step to peace”. His smiles definitely put me at peace during the procedure of being tested for hearing.
