I called early in the day to the receptionist. I told her my problem. The problem being static in left ear and can not respond to phone calls. She indicated to me that there was a wire that was almost broken. She said they could replace it. So they did. After that 2-3 people came in with ear phone problems as well as other appointments. It became very busy and she was trying to manage all the traffic. So she came out with earring aids but it was so busy
It didn’t stay to try to resolve the problem because it was so busy. So now I need to make appointment to have the let side hearing aid sent out for repair. FYI I understand the situation but I still didn’t get my problem solved.

Staff was sauntering in from lunch as late as 1:12 and not paying any attention to the fact I’d been waiting since before 1 pm. The overall feel was that staff was lazy and inattentive to a paying customer with a need to have a hearing aid fixed while on my lunch hour.

Appointment was over 30 minutes delayed! And that was at the beginning of the day!!!! There should be a way to have overflow if rooms are not available because of a patient issue.
Technique wise seemed okay
