Dr. Miles provides comprehensive audiologic services for adult patients, including diagnostic hearing evaluations, tinnitus assessment and counseling, hearing aid evaluations and follow‑up care, and balance‑related testing. She works closely with ENT physicians and clinical teams to ensure coordinated care and clear communication throughout the diagnostic and treatment process. Her clinical experience allows her to support both routine and more complex audiologic needs with consistency and attention to detail.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Miles has extensive experience reviewing audiometric data, supporting hearing conservation programs and educating patients and professionals on hearing health and long‑term hearing protection. Her background includes working with multi‑site healthcare programs and occupational hearing initiatives, further strengthening her ability to deliver organized, efficient and patient‑focused care.
Dr. Miles earned her Doctor of Audiology degree through rigorous clinical training that included an externship at Cleveland Clinic, where she gained experience across the full scope of audiologic care. Her training included comprehensive diagnostic testing, vestibular and balance assessments, cochlear implant and bone‑anchored implant evaluations, and patient counseling. She has also completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Analytics, which enhances her understanding of healthcare systems, data‑driven decision‑making, and patient experience.
With a strong foundation in clinical audiology, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient education, Dr. Miles is dedicated to helping patients better understand their hearing and balance health while supporting long‑term outcomes through compassionate, high‑quality care.

I had a wonderful experience with Stephanie Miles at Ear Institute of Texas. She was extremely professional, patient, and thorough throughout my appointment. She clearly explained what she would do and walked me through the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. What impressed me most was her thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile. Although my next appointment was scheduled with someone else, Stephanie personally checked with that provider and arranged back-to-back appointments, so I wouldn’t have to wait. That extra effort made a big difference and was truly appreciated.
