Dr. Miles earned her Doctor of Audiology degree through rigorous clinical training that included an externship at Cleveland Clinic, where she gained experience across the full scope of audiologic care. Her training included comprehensive diagnostic testing, vestibular and balance assessments, cochlear implant and bone‑anchored implant evaluations, and patient counseling. She has also completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Analytics, which enhances her understanding of healthcare systems, data‑driven decision‑making, and patient experience.
