She was very friendly or informative about the procedure, and at one point I wasn't hearing any of the beeps o guess, and she did an extremely loud beep that startled me and I ask her why and she said b/c she thought I was asleep. I mean really? Who goes to sleep in the middle of a hearing check? Which I thought it was very rude.
