She was very helpful in improving my hearing aids. She sincerely wants me to be able to hear better, and she spent an hour working with them and me. I so appreciate her for her help and attitude.

Very nice & professional. However, I don’t know why I needed an auditory test as hearing was not an issue. I was told it was required before seeing Dr. This seems like an unnecessary charge to my insurance.
