I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early. I checked in and was told the Dr. would be advised I was there and ready to see him. My husband and I waited for a good 20 minutes to be called back. Finally my husband went up to the receptionist who had checked me in and she admitted she forgot to tell the Dr. I was there. This is the first time I have had an issue with ENT Allergy Associates of Delaware. After my hearing test I revisited the receptionist and made sure she told Dr. Gilbane I was not late coming to me appointment. She apologized.
