A most IMPRESSIVE Individual. He welcomed me in and explained the process, to me, very well, prior to beginning the procedure in each of my ears. My husband was welcomed into Max’s office while I was being tested. My husband was very impressed with Max, and is coming back in a few weeks for a hearing test with him. A very positive experience at your facility, indeed!! Additionally, I got to your office this morning well ahead of my scheduled appointment. I met and checked-in with Terri, who was equally kind, informative, and very impressive with her knowledge of this “hearing” process for us aging adults. I will have no problem recommending your Parallel ENT Practice to anyone. Thank you for your professionalism, in the extreme.
