It was very informative and relaxed setting. I was glad that Martin O’Donnell made things easier to understand and answer my questions if I didn’t understand, that make for a great experience for a person that just gotten hearing aids for the very first time. Thank you!

Once again , I had a great visit with all the help , and answered questions that I could ask for . Martin O’Donnell is passionate about his work , and dedicated to helping his patients in every way possible . My second visit , like my first , was comfortable , relaxed , informal , and very informative . I highly recommend !

Very rude and impatient with my 1 year old. Was very disappointed in how we were treated. He does not need to work with children as they are not going to cooperate like an adult. We were treated awful, with very sarcastic comments made during appointment. Will NEVER see him again.
