Martin was thorough and his explanations and descriptions of why the recommended hearing aids were best suited for me was appreciated. There was not one bit of pressure or rushing during this visit which was also appreciated.

Very nice, very professional

Great visit with Martin. However I had waited 40 minutes for my visit. My last visit with Carrie I also waited over 45 minutes and had to leave and reschedule my appointment because I had other appointments scheduled for later that day. I did let the staff working at the reception desk know I had been there an unreasonable amount of time and they were somewhat rude.
