Maria was Great in every way! She very efficiently did the necessary Adjustments to my Hearing Aides and then gave me new Paperwork to replace some I had that was OutDated. Lastly, she made sure I got an Appointment in December to have my Hearing Aides sent for reconditioning before my 5 Year Warranty expires on 1/2/2025. So I’m very pleased with my visit with Maria!

The exam itself was great. I would have liked a more indeppth explanation of the results, but I guess that comes when I see Dr. Coker next week. I also asked for written literature on hearing loss, but none was available.

Maria did a great job today. She patiently answered all my many questions and there were a lot. She was personable and kept the test moving without being pushy.

My granddaughter has been picking up hearing aid supplies for me since I no longer can drive. The girl at the desk told her she could not do this. Finally another person came in and got the supplies for her.
