Krista was great. She was personable and had multiple options of customizable earplugs that she was able to review with me. After selection, she was efficient in explaining the processes and creating the necessary molds.
Krista is always so good with my 11 year old. She takes the time to explain things to her in a way she understands, listens to her and then also is great at filling me in as well.
