Prior to joining the team at ENT & Allergy of Delaware, Dr. Baier worked in a variety of clinical settings including private practices, ENT offices, and the school district of Philadelphia. She strives to keep herself current on new technology and the latest research in an effort to better serve her patients. Due to her mother’s hearing struggles, Dr. Baier understands firsthand the frustrations that accompany hearing loss.
