Prior to joining the team at ENT & Allergy of Delaware, Dr. Baier worked in a variety of clinical settings including private practices, ENT offices, and the school district of Philadelphia. Due to her mother’s hearing struggles, Dr. Baier understands firsthand the frustrations that accompany hearing loss.
