After I waited more than 30 minutes, I asked the desk what was going on. They told me that it would be another 30 minutes. Why was the wait so long? Why wasn't I told about the wait earlier? You would figure out the I would have an hour wait, but you just let me sit there all that time.

She was very helpful and attentive to my need for stepping up into booth and assisting back into waiting room, I’ve had several falls.

We communicate well. She is very clear about everything we discussed. She is very good at explaining what is possible and what is unrealistic. I appreciate her actually taking the time to listen to what I have to say.
