She shows concern and care about providing proper help in helping my hearing lost improve as much as possible.
Jenny Carroll has always made herself available to help me with my mother's needs. She understands that at 96 when your hearing aids aren't working or one of them is lost, something has to happen fast to remedy the problems. I do appreciate and admire her as an individual willing to help and the entire ENT staff that is willing to help her. Thank you all so much.
