Dr. Mandrick took extra efforts to focus on specific concerns that I had related to enviroments with different levels of background noise. After trying a couple other brands in the sound booth, she recommended using Phonak for a trial period. Phonak had many extra features for me to make adjustments which provided substantial improvement. Thank you Dr. Mandrick!
